a bit hard to believe that area got people willing to rent a studio unit, i thought studio is more prefer in the middle of city, furthermore, it's not walkable to any train station, it's too early to bet on mrt3, we dont even know where the exact stations going to be

anyhow, price is cheap, buy two units side by side and join together for a family stay still quite cheap
