When is the launching now? Delayed many times already..hope they get the approval soon..

Selangor freezes all new application for SA, SOHO, SOVO submitted after 1st January 2016...

This project seems very quiet...nothing has happened since they collected our cheques months ago..even land clearing I believe has not started.

Usually Developers will do land clearing way ahead..this one nothing...

Thinking of cancelling and going for another project ready..

I think we should all group together and press the developer to give us back full refund..this is nonsense..project delayed lauching by a few months and still don't want to give full refund?

First of all, if I'm not mistaken they are not even supposed to be collecting money from purchasers before they obtained the development approval..

Now launching in june 2016? Sure no delay again?
