anyone familiar with his dev... how's their workmanship? its a fully furnished unit and they said you will get what you see at the showroom. To construct show unit (false wall) is easier than actual building up brickwall .. Tiles arrangement may not be as good as you see at the show unit..

Can we reject or complain? Is this under Defect and Liabilities?

I came across a unit said with kitchen cabinets, wardrobe and etc.During SPA signing, it's not mentioned in the SPA but a separate letter stating that it's a freebies by dev. Worst is buyer have to handover the key back to developer after VP for 3 months for them to install the freebies.

Meaning you have to pay for 3 months of instalment before you can rent it out of own stay. Assuming the SPA is 42 months, then you have to assume yours 42+3.
Question is what if they can't complete after 3 months?
