Dude, is this reliable? Now already mid of 2017 and they target to completion will be on end of 2019, i seriously doubt they could deliver on time. Notwithstanding this, all feedback i gethered here is quite bad (delay of SPA, enforced of 5% dp or otherwise prop price will raise etc) i am definitely not convinced of this prop at this moment. Kindly give me ur thought of this..

Im not going in but need to know why so many ppl are still lookup on this prop despite so many rumor for this prop.
