This project seems wind loud loud very long time already,
supprisingly the S&P still on the way....
somehow reflecting the capability of the developer, better watch closely for those booked or potential buyer.

I'm sure this grand launch is for owners only.. correct me if I' wrong? Coz I received SMS, email as well as mail (I'm an Owner)

But anyways, property launches normally will have many stages.. early bird, pre-launch, soft launch, and d launches gimmicks go on until they reach a certain quota.. for us buyers, just see where and which type of property is within our affordability & comfort level. As long as you have done enough research on your own, just don't be easily trapped in bias reviews.. I suggest do your own comparison from all aspects (location, purpose, price, type, etc)

me too booked on the pre launching
but due to Selangor government temporary stop issuing approval for soho development.
so the developer cant get the adpl.
when it is the time to sign the snp is too late because i already cancelled the booking.

With all respect to developers,agent n buyer I have few questions in my mind b4 book as d sales presentation was very tempting...I stop by d showhse n site...I find the project is nearby factory n quite jam that area..anyone kind enough to give opinions on tis?

You mean the ford show room there? If not mistaken that row of shop will demolish once the phase 2 start...
Jam is still ok la..tell me a place wont jam in KL please...haha..

Thanks bro for ur info...didn't know that Shophse goin to demolish....yaloh any part kl also jam...wat do u tink of Tis property in term value in future as 3xxk for 450sqft is it expensive ...I'm actually comparing ak hamstead tun razak bigger sqft n sentul point...among tis three which is ur first choice?

Because i work in KLCC area that why i choose there...hard to said actually...
3xxk for 450sqft is still ok...because it said fully furnish and include all the furniture same as the show room (some may not and the sales got inform). Lets said all those furniture is around 15-20k (include mai the kitchen ware and refrigerator) is still worth it..
So far I plan to live with my wife so 450sqft pretty enough for us.

If you notice carefully, you will find out actually those factory in that area is most GSK and petronas warehouse....
