> NIPPON PAINT COLOUR CODE, which one to refer to?

if im buying a second can, which colour code should i follow? as there are 2 on the can as shown in the pic below.
1 is printed electronically on the can. while another one is on a sticker.

trust me. shop owners arent vry knowledgeable. even suggested me wrong colour

Just go back to the same shop and ask for the sticker's code.

Yes, go back to the hardware shop. the added
sticker is generated by the mixer in the shop.
the amont of mixture is identified then.
there are some reasons of why mixing is needed.

one of them is no more stock
and another is the base added for functions
specified

The printed on the can are more of serial number.
While the sticker are the actual code.
Just check back the catalog and most of them are 4 digit numbers.

Basically all off white paints are they mix on the spot when we are buying. The ratio of color to white are preset ratio.
Still, go back to the same shop will be the best way.


And, to add on, if the first paint are applied for quite some time, even applying the same color will have different tone.

Is it a mix paint type? Cause std paint Color don't use label.

Use the label no. Not the can no. Cause the can no. Is sometime a base Color. In case you use mix paint type.
