Let's discuss about this area. People always talk about Taman Len Seng, Alam Damai & Balakong/Batu 11.
Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is somewhere in between and often forgotten, maybe due to the perception that this area has not many Chinese.

However, due to the Lake Valley & Townpark commercial area, various on-going projects and upcoming projects, do you think that this area will be a boom in the future? Especially Citibank opens a branch here and we do know that Citibank has very less branches and they chose BTHO.

I do think that this area in underrated. It should boom with the mrt btho station nearby and jusco, hospital, c180 within driving distance. However, the occupancy rate at the existing shop lot is consider low after so many years. I can only remember there is a citibank, paparich and uda office. This place can boom unless they have reputable tenants in the upcoming shop lot.

You can still find a 20 years old semi-d there for that price tag.

Traffic jam as usual( cheras ma ) and crime rate should be low. My friend told me that you can always see police car patrolling there.

I also would like to know. See if it's good to invest there, seems like an ok place. Most of the basic requirements are there. Got a couple of schools right?

Indeed, this area is so near to AEON Cheras Selatan, Econsave, Columbia Asia Hosp, AEON Big BTHO, few schools and even McD also here.

And this area also has many bungalows, semi-d, Windows On The Park, LaVille etc.

Can enter Cheras-Kajang hw without having to jam like coming out from Mahkota Cheras, can go into Besraya hw, using the small roads entering East-West Link & MRR2.

I like this area compare to congested mahkota cheras area..

This area got more options on the access to skip jam/ skip tol..
more options to KL, PJ, Kajang , balakong etc

Unlike mahkota cheras.. every time jam 9 9 otw out to highway

I agree. I'm staying here for the past 7 years. However, there are few condos going to complete within this few year and the traffic will be worse

I like the parking there sibeh manyak. Sibeh generous on parking. Just the surrounding population need to lagi boost up.

Yeah, that will be a better way. I like it too when you wake up in the morning during the weekend and you drive thru this area, so peaceful with lots off greeneries and lake along the way.

Hong Leong opens a new branch there too? I did't notice that. The nearest would be at Taman Seri Taming, ABC Mamak there which is not too far away.
