the only things about this is that your salaries will be stuck at 1 level. Being a cabin crew is not a easy job. Imagine during a long haul flight, to London, you need to 'walk' all the
way to London of cause in between they get 2 hour rest. once they reach destination, they are tired. Their biology clock go hey wire.
