I dunno... A Porsche though... At first I thought it was 350Z but it's not. As far as I remember there wasn't such type of car back in U1/2... or did my memory rusted? More likely Carbon2...?

there no porsche only tuners and 1 dodge car and vw...

but if they were to upgrade that game it aint weird that it will have porsche...ferrari...mclaren or others exotic cars...

Co-development with Ghost Games + Criterion Games. Hmmm, better not hoping too much with this next title. By the looks of it, probably still use Frostbite 3 engine so expecting pretty much same graphic as rival + some car mods.

car customization totally blow me away..i like how u could upgrade almost every part of your car...even your car plate number included.....

last need for speed i played was underground which was awesome! hoping this would be awesome but seeing what EA is doing to battlefront makes me lose hope lol

well, I might be a little bit too skeptical but the trailer they showed looks really cramped (battle of hoth).. I remember that to be a lot more wider plus they already have DLCs planned for maps. 12 for the base game then want more maps? DLC! I know that's been the deal with most games but i just hate it, I already payed what? lol maybe I'm just being a cheapskate heheh

well it a pre-alpha footage...and it not a battlefield..i dont expect the map to be any bigger..(i did play battlefront all of em)

i dont mind the DLC (it EA wat do u expect even NFS have already got a DLC planned for it)

but overall i will probably get it bundled with graphic card..need rig upgrade

Don't really have any decent open world racing game on PC for the pass... dunno how many years... perhaps I'll just grab this, unless there are too much "problems" been revealed later. Seriously though, they have to trash all their idea from previous few titles and actually come out with city / map design that actually MAKE SENSE. It's damn hard to navigate map design that doesn't make sense, which pretty much happens in most game nowadays.
From the classic U2 to Carbon, those maps are damn good.

haha yeah NFSU 2 most wanted 2005 edition and carbon is my favorite NFS ever

New generation of NFS made me pening. Only manage to play most wanted until last top 5 rank most wanted but unable to win. After most wanted, I'm just lazy to navigate the maps and remember all of check point. Maybe I'm to arcade gamer.

From NFSU2 to Carbon they do very well on the story part to guide you though the city. Instead of directly throw you in the whole big map, they limit the area you can access to distinct sections - that makes learning the city much easier. And then when you unlock new region there is a cool cutscene to show you the way.

Game nowadays... mostly just throw players into the gigantic world right from the start... for example GTAV. Duh, it's really hard to learn to navigate the city, ended up relying on map and waypoint all the time. It's not cool to get confused!

I can literally drive NFSU2 and MW without reffering the map at all, but have a bit problem at Carbon though.

Damm. This has resemblence of old skool underground. I am sold if reviews 80% and above in metacritic.

Game is good, modification is back, but that drift is what holds my money back.

according to NFS blog...

the car handling...to camera all can be set by you...meaning u could play it with your wheel like sim racers...

turn off the assist and what not of it...

if u wanna slide everywhere tune it to drift machine..if u wanna race in the highway...tune it to grip...that all up to you how u wanna drive your car lel...

nahh the game base is still arcade...it not gonna be simulation...but u can make your tuning your own special like in NFSU2..u get to tune turbo..engine...camber and stuff...several reviewer confirm the existence of advance tuning ... EA only show them behind close door....the demo only show partial of all the stuff u can do to the car..

with the Outlaw coming, can we play this NFS without racing?

im playing the old MW just to mess around with the cop. not really interested with race part - there are tons that deliver that better than NFS.

there free roam available....but not sure how that affect your character...

I'm thinking of jumping to console as well. Much easier and straight forward to play video games. Big bonus for me is the family value of a console. Local co-op with relatives and friends. And I just enjoy watching someone else playing video games, or having someone else watching me playing games these days. Can't do that on PC.

well at least EA admit that 60FPS on PC need more work on..instead of just throwing it out to release...it something really rare....

I can see two scenarios here.

1) Console version is released to critical praise. Game is awesome and everyone is happy. Sales is good. PC version comes out later and is the ultimate version.

2) Game bombs on consoles and everyone declares it's a failure (don't think they couldn't do this... it's Need for Speed after all). Sales suck so bad, EA announces they've canceled the PC version or PC version just won't sell much due to bad reviews/impressions.

Hope it's number 1.

Well...at least there's some breathing room on Nov, since there's StarCraft 2 LoTV. Fallout 4 & Star Wars Battlefront releasing on the same month. Delay for 60fps + with all the patches, I'll say it's a win win situation

spring 2016...im starting in 2 days xDDDDD....will do a review here as to wat u anticipate for version

got my ps4 copy today..gonna give a short review as to what to anticipate in the PC ver next year...

Gameplay - it quite flexible..i mean u can adjust drift/grip or balance both for your car...though u gonna take awhile to get use to...car still feel like a bus...stucked to the ground...

Customization - gonna give credit to this..customization is good..very good...but im hoping ghost game will add in image import for us to use our own image into game..hopefully PC version will support mods...it really in depth...but vinyl are not alot and u are expected to make your own from a bunch of selected item..u can upgrade almost every car parts (Except interior)

Story - okay this where it get weird...acting seem...dowright stupid..the storyline/character are just there to decorate the game rather than being part of the game...i miss the NFSU/2 days...

Maps - alright the map is huge..larger than NFSU2 at least..but it a suitable size..

and it always online...meaning to say it like a NFS world MMO...u start a game ..and the game will automatically bring in ppl to your game...(or u can join other ppl game) it works like burnout though...yea ...

it still day 1 and ghost promises alot of content in the future...hopefully ghost game will be keeping that promise...

for now i will giving tis game a 6/10...by next year when the PC version launch i think PC gamer wouldnt need to worry about bugs and stuff...probably...
