Hokkien province is very big. So it is not surprising if the dialect has variances.

Jiak peng, ka cheng - these are used by those Hokkien in coastal area.

Jiak pui, ka chui - these are by non coastal Hokkien, which is sua pa Hokkien, lol.

Coincidentally, sua pa Hokkien does sound like hok chew. FYI.
