Finally somebody is in with this DIY router cheers.gif

I'm in the planning to built a router running Mikrotik to do multi wan load balancing. Should read up on Mikrotik as well, very very very strong and stable RouterOS smile.gif Web based configuration and managing thumbup.gif

Heck even a pentium running edo ram is suffecient for these kinda system.

oh yeah.. finally i have time to do this..

PIII 733Mhz
256MB SDRAM
40GB HDD

ClarkConnect 4.0 doing Web Proxy 30GB Max Cache brows.gif running smoooooooooth and it's freaking blardy fast when u load those websites where you've visited before thumbup.gif Port Forwarding also damn easy to do rolleyes.gif

And now.. here's a question.. how do i setup my box to sync with DynDNS.org ? unsure.gif

Have you tried to re-burn the ISO and try again? I faced this problem before and it's caused by poor quality of the media, burning at a slower speed usually helps smile.gif

re-install your pfsense and try again, this time, unplug and re-plug your network card on a different slot, my clarkconnect also faced the same problem initially, couldn't even detect the interface! laugh.gif re-seating them solved that problem smile.gif
