Need advise. Should one rent out a whole house or rent room by room to students? What are the advantages or disadvantages of each option. Is it possible to state the terms that landlord do not allow more than a certain number of ppl staying? But how to monitor ar?

Supermarket can survive but others a bit tough. Maybe they should extend the space for supermarket.
