蕉賴皇冠城‧5劫匪攔車砍人

（雪蘭莪‧加影22日訊）5名匪徒凌晨時分在十字路口攔截一輛國產邁薇轎車，用木棍和巴冷刀砸車，最終搶走100令吉。



這起案件於昨天凌晨3時，發生在蕉賴皇冠城一處十字路口交通燈前。

加影警區主任威利助理總監指出，受害者是一名41歲華裔商人，當時他載著緬甸工人，突然一輛黑色四驅車越過他們並擋在車前。

他說，四驅車走出2名印裔及3名華裔男子，他們持有木棍和巴冷刀，威脅商人出來車外。

“受害者不敢開門，匪徒用巴冷刀砍向邁薇右邊後方車門，兩人嚇得馬上走出車外。”

商人手部被砍一刀威利說，商人手部被砍一刀，匪徒搶掉其錢包和車匙，但沒駕走車子，錢包內只有約100令吉。

他指出，傷者過後被送去就醫，手部的傷口縫了4針。

警方援引刑事法典394條文（搶劫時致傷）調查此案，同時也會查明事件是否有其他內情

Workmanship is average but nothing to shout about. Low standard lift lobby come with cast iron grille. Oren color cable tray can see along the corridor. Long corridor give me feel like low cost flat.

No air con point at the unit. Worst part is the sink pipe has 2 ft drop from the ceiling.

I think I should ask more for my landed house when I am relocated to Sg Long. 👻👻👻

If most of the residents pay maintenance fee at reasonable rate mean the account will be much healthy. Account healthy mean JMB got money to maintain the condo.

神手在阿伯山推泥砍樹‧高壓電纜工程施工

（吉隆坡2日訊）登山客驚見登山聖地蕉賴阿伯山內，正進行“蕉賴皇冠城高壓電纜計劃”工程！

《大都會》社區報今早接獲登山客投報，指他們今早前往阿伯山登山時，發現有為數不少的工作人員在阿伯山內施工，除了出動剷泥機及神手在阿伯山推泥挖地，同時也砍伐樹木。

他們補充，他們也在施工處見到大量已被砍伐的樹桐，而工作人員在一些樹木畫上紅色的砍伐標記。

拉警戒線勸阻登山

另外，工作人員在部份出入口拉起警戒線，並勸阻部份登山客繼續登山。

他們強調，工程進行期間，陣陣惡臭瀰漫阿伯山，使得該山原有的清新空氣及寧靜的氣息嚴重受到破壞。

較早前，國家能源公司在蕉賴阿伯山山腳豎立告示牌，指將在阿伯山興建高壓電纜，使沉寂已久的“建高壓電纜”傳言變成事實，工程佔地45公頃，許多登山客在聽聞消息後，紛紛表示惋惜，並強烈反對在阿伯山進行工程。（星洲日報／大都會‧報道：林小彤）

I am eyeing this as well. But location wise... Need to pay twice toll to make U turn in order to reach home... Not ideal even no different compare with Twin Palms.
