Taming Indah 2 already Vped two weeks ago. Agents offer "guarantee" RM6000 rental per month to owner to rent out to UTAR students. There are total 5+1 rooms for each house. 4 big rooms upstream can fit 3 people, guest room can fix 2 people and utility room 1 people. Average rental could be RM400 or more. |
