Really hope sg long can have a BRT system like bandar sunway, connecting to bukit dukung mrt station: stops should be along CHS's landmark, Taman Rakan, BMC commercial centre, and then Utar Sg Long.

Permata Residence is a big let down, project start at least one year before Landmark II but seem almost no progress. Futhermore previously SA told me will be a direct road from main road of Tmn Rakan no need to pass by Tmn Suria, when ask to show me the approval letter then only said still applying/appealing.

I mean new residents area, got guard and gated one..

wa, how come they can get this approved easier than ki Huat?

during the construction of the ramp, the residents from sg long will have problem exit to highway hope there will be no car park at the road site after the residents moved in to Landmark II when they completed
