Btw, crime rate in BMC surge suddenly just learned that another house was breaken in (Seksyen 1 your area), this is third house break-in BMC within a week+ robbery at traffic light, worrying as I spend more time in BMC than Sg Long for F&B.

Yup understand that 7/1 also been break in just few weeks ago, both via roof.

It is still free parking for Sg Long & BMC.

Still got many units at Mahkota Garden.....

Both Green Acres and Forest Green nearer to UTAR than MG, easier to get tenant.

Comparatively Greenview less popular may be because no shuttle bus.

I am aware that there is UTAR bus stop at Section 1 but I am not sure whether the bus will stop at Mahkota Garden or not.

Yes, the shuttle bus stop at Mahkota Residence, just next to MG, but selling price RM500K+ compare with just RM360K to RM450k for GA & FG.
