Nope, probably I depart early morning at 6am yesterday via BMC route.

This morning I depart at 6 am via Sg Long route. Traffic also smooth. I spent less than 10 minutes to reach Landmark

Hmm, good feedback. But yet the population mentioned in another thread also based on "design" population as the township has yet to be completed. Definitely more accurate based on actual condition.

Btw, we will have 3 access in near future... Therefore, average will be 40,000 people using 1 access.

On the other hand, only 2 access there share with 75,000 population as design.

Aeon business segment split into two major part, I.e. Retailing and Property Management. Those retail shops actually under Aeon Property Management. Retailing is referring to Supermarket, etc.

What I noticed Aeon business strategy is to open more Jusco to boost up the revenue. Seldom heard they are doing anything to improve the existing business.

Cinema is not the only pulling factor. There are actually many failure case, e.g One Shamelin, Ampang Galaxy, Desa Petaling Mall, Viva Homes, Cheras Sentral? and etc.

A neighbourhood mall is to meet the daily requirements of the residents. First thing to upgrade is their Supermarket.. The vegetables sometimes not fresh as others Jusco... Another thing is to attract more F&B.

That's why Aeon BMC is categorized as neighborhood mall. Similar to Aeon Equine Park... The mall also half dead... But air con is much colder than Aeon BMC.

Really benefit if there is a post office at Aeon BMC. Currently, nearest POS Laju is located at Balakong and POS is at Hulu Langat.
