Thanks for the tip. I assume u went abit of x34 hunting yourself recently since u know about the stock availability? Most likely will get it within this next 2 months; not so soon.
assuming you own a unit, how is x34A?any constructive criticisms that would be helpful with my purchase?

I'm just holding myself from purchasing a unit last time. I know Harvey Norman have instalment plans cuz I bought 1 LED TV from them as well.
Tried my luck and searched online. Viola, in stock but only in Paradigm Mall. Been thinking hard about buying it for almost a month. Finally last week I dropped by and purchased it.
I can only see 2 units at that time. I took one hence only 1 left now. Don't think they will restock anytime soon. All of the outlets were out of stock at the moment.
The build quality are okay. Just the bottom part of the plastic under the screen got few marks. Didn't bother to asked them to open the other unit for me to see. Tested the screen, no dead pixel.
Just roughly went through the dead pixel test though.
Comparing with my 144hz monitor when gaming in CS, I can definitely tells that I'm missing 144hz.
100hz is still smooth but not as smooth as 144hz with my Benq without Gsync. With Gsync on with X34A, FPS wlll go above 200 fps with screen tearing. I never encounter any tearing with Benq.
Gsync on with Triple Buffering will make the game smoother but will cap the FPS to your monitor refresh rate which is 100fps. Gsync suppose to lock my FPS but don't know why without Triple Buffering on, it just let it goes up to 200 fps.
Still new to Gsync stuff though. Alil confuse with it.
I'm playing with Black Bar in CS. Playing it in Ultrawide has out of place layout. LOL
Things are quite different in Rise of Tomb Raider. Even in 45 FPS, the game feels smooth with Gsync on.
