LoL.
Go to maxis.com.my and login ur id and select live chat. tell them u wanna terminate it and they will help u terminate in 5mins then ur postpaid will be terminated once they replied u bla bla bla.. i just terminated mine 4 months ago via maxis portal live chat. good luck.
