Dear Maxis,

I just noticed that my bill surged 2x the amount.

I am under a plan with Maxis Internet Service Rebate.

My INTERNET REBATE monthly was ALWAYS RM99. Then in March it dropped to RM84.86, then in April IT IS GONE.

I have been on this plan for MORE THAN 3 years.

IF you have change of policy, you should inform me.

Now my bill DOUBLE from a RM84.80 plan to almost RM200.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY REBATE!?
