Maybe one of the reason is because EPL is too competitive top team can easily drop out from CL football, it aint 2 horse race like other league. If our club think the youth is not good enough for first team football at CHELSEA then is better to let them go so the youth can still develop else where. We can always do a MATIC if they prove us wrong in the future.

Even the highly rated RLC that suppose to be promoted coming season kena sound by JM already, play like superstar waiting for ball while let the first eleven senior do the running for him

We have to be realistic i guess, if we can promote 1 youth per season i am very happy already. That why i think FALCAO loan deal was alright, to buy time for the youth to come thru. If it work out good then we get a deadly scoring machine, else is still an upgrade from DROGBA. Appreciate to see DROGBA helping us to get the EPL trophy again but sad at the same time see him losing so much of his touch last season

I am with sanfa on this, we cant keep buy buy buy all the backup player and then complain lack of youth coming thru. This is the step forward, if we going to lose a few games or trophy for the good of the future, so be it. I have faith in JM, he is all about winning, he aint gonna put his bet on youth unless he feel he is ready. Even it turn out otherwise, he will be the first to rectified it, just look at the player he sold, MATA, LUIZ, KDB, LUKAKU. So is either "My way or highway" chance given and the youth have to take it else off they go he aint AW with "in youth we trust policy".

erm since when MATA is a holding ball and operating in tight space player ? he is passer, creative player, he need space to do his magic, like FAB he can play AM do 1-2 pass but he play best at CM where he have more space and time to spot his mate and do those defense splitting pass.

i still think HAZARD are more suitable playing wide, he like to dwell with the ball and he need the space to dribble, OSCAR and WILLIAM are more suitable for AM.
