Chelsea still have the most balanced squad in the league, good player in all position
Man City if they waste 40m for Sterling it would be easier for Chelsea next season Arsenal still need good striker, if they get one this season they are good to go Man Utd still need cb, rb, and st...gk also if ddg leave and dm if dont want to depends too much on Carrick |

Not sure either overconfident coz Mou never lose to Wenger, or because use same lineup and tactic as last season so everyone pretty much know what to expect
