Ramires is like Essien + Mikel. He can run and run lik the young Essien and is tactically aware like Mikel? He'll make a gud utility player. On occasions last season, Mou played Ramires on RW to counter oppositions' LW player. I think Ramires will come in handy. Ramires + Matic is not bad too.

As for Salah, I think Mou has made up his mind, he is not Mou's type of player. And with his performance with Fiorentina, we can sell him for some $$. Salah for Griezmann. Now that sounds hhnngghh.
