Xiaomi 4c(better camera), Redmi note 3(build quality?), One plus X(build quality), Honor 7.
Which should i pick? Or u guys have a better option like buying a second hand phone?

It is unfair to say like that, Sony and HTC actually are also hardware assembler. Many part in the phone are not made by themself.
China phone is not as worse as you mention.
They are getting better and better.

I do own an OPPO Find 7, China phone, that doesn't feel like a China phone. It is on par with those high end phone. But pricing is just half what other brand offer.

You talk about HTC and Sony, but bring up Apple and Samsung for comparison? HTC is technically the same as any Chinese brand, they barely make anything for their devices, even the shitty cameras are from Toshiba. Sony make the displays and camera modules for their phones, but that's it.

While Chinese companies don't manufacture their own parts, they do openly reveal where they get all their parts from, and most of the time the sources are just as good these self manufacturered parts.

Meizu for example clearly state that the displays they use are sourced from Sharp, and are high quality IGZO panels, and anyone with a functioning pair of eyes can clearly see that, even in their budget models like the M2 Note. Others like Xiaomi source their panels from companies like JDI who specialize in display panels. Even things like camera modules are lifted directly from big name manufacturers like Sony and Samsung, so the quality is definitely there

On top of that, some Chinese companies are also making improvements in these areas, like Huawei and they're line of Kirin processors.

Using a reason such as the one you have to devaluate a phone is idiotic and unreasonable. A device cannot be judged based on where the parts were obtained, but by how it performs. And if the device performs well then I see no reason to deprecate its value.

And? You don't seem to realize that Chinese phones are the very definition of Bang for your buck in the smartphone world. Nobody thinks of Samsung or Apple when it comes to value for money anymore. People look straight to Honor, Xiaomi and Asus.

The Huawei P8 came with a specially made Sony IMX278 RGBW sensor that performed incredibly well, and that sensor is exclusive to the P8. On top of that, do I even need to bring up the Nexus 6P? Fills out both of your last questions pretty easily. As I've already said, people who devaluate smartphones based on parts the device uses are idiotic. The only thing that matters is the final product, and how well it performs.
