Currently using iPhone 4 8Gb looking towards android phone. Interested in 6P but will wait for Msia official release and pricing before making final decision.

So in the mean time considering cheaper options if I decide to not get 6P.

Read a lot here and reddit android and very interested in Mi4c for its specs/price ratio, still its seems not popular from the Mi4C thread even if there's a lot of recommendation in this thread, I wonder why..

Yea I know thanks for your input appreciate it. Its just that after almost 2 years 1+1 price still didnt drop much and I'm reluctant to pay that price for a 801 from 2014 when 820 is just around the corner. 1+1 price still higher than Mi4C if I'm not wrong?

I personally own S6. My girl doesnt like them so she is considering z5 or ip6s. Then again... she is using ip5s... so not sure worth the upgrade

looking for budget phone around rm500 for my parents
currently they are using galaxy grand duos quattro and need to be replace
my target is Asus Zenfone Go ZC500TG. any other phone better than this within same price range? dont want to go for xiaomi or huawei because of reliability issue.

Which one is better. Redmi note 2 or mi4i.. I got a coupon so that i can buy a mi4i at the same price of redmi note 2..

But if i buy mi4i with rm650, only can get the 16gb one. The 32gb one is not available for me to use the coupon. Only can get 16gb version. If i get the redmi note 2, i can put micro sd card, no problem. But i think memory is not really a problem. I used huawei only 8gb built in, combine with 8gb microsd, still got 1gb balance.

Also, i heard the heat issue of the mi4i.. Though they update to miui7, still got overheat issue. 

So, to go with redmi note 2 or mi4i 16gb.. Mediatek vs snapdragon, the camera, the performance, heat issue. Worth it to get mi4i or just get the new redmi note 2..

4) Durable and good battery life

Not exactly a heavy phone user, only heavy on general apps such as internet browsing, whatsapp, fb/Instagram and games like PvZ and candy crush . Seldom use the camera functions too hence I felt my first, and current, Iphone 5 was underutilized since its suppose to be a high-ended phone equipped with varieties of (complicated) functions.

Phone Models recommended thus far

Motorola: Droid Turbo 2
Huawei: Honor 7
Xiaomi: Mi4i or Mi4C
OnePlus: OnePlus Two (though seems to have exceeded my budget)

Transitioning from iOS to Android so hoping for something that is user-friendly. Appreciate alternative brands aside from the ones mentioned above.
