Question is, will the SF immortal work with the Arcana? or is valve treating the SF immortal to be the poor mans SF cosmetic for those who dont have Arcana?

They can't see the light animation if tinker is hidden [ e.g. blinked into trees , etc / just like acid spray being hidden until you see it directly ]
Also the light animation radius is smaller than the spell's aoe

Actually, the last few weeks Valve's servers has been having a lot of issues. Not just dota 2, but TF2 and CSGO also. This is a worldwide issue, check their respective reddit threads.

I launched my dota 2 and it opened and said searching for dota 2 network....been like this since yesterday....
My internet connection is fine I've checked it.

Am I the only one having trouble connecting to Dota 2 network?

Am able to surf internet sites normally, even able to use Steam apps. But once I enter Dota 2, everything is lagging like crazy. Most of the time, its RESTORING NETWORK TO DOTA2. And if I manage to connect, seraching match wouldn't allow me to click ACCEPT. Only after a while, I'll be 'banned'temporarily for not ACCEPTING match in time.

If tried resetting my modem, using wifi, then cable. But nothing works. I've disabled my firewall, adjusting my power setting, etc. I tried another laptop, but the same problem occurs. Right now, I'm feeling helpless for not able to even troubleshoot this problem. some of my friends online thru steam says they have no problem with their Dota 2.

So, any suggestions that might help me with this?

I did, but I'm just at odds to why my friends in KL has no problem like mine.
And it started right around 5pm till now.
I really thought I messed up my modem setting, hence I keep trying so many setups to my modem, thinking something block Dota 2 port by magic. Ughhh.....

According to cyborgmatt, this is probably what caused the server to be potato.

TM is so great, they managed to make the whole dota server to be a potato.
