those need a bit of farm and level and of course,teammate ganks.
imagine bloodseeker try to solo those 3 hero,if his silence nvr hit/he doesnt hv blademail...he can be burst down easily...
huskar maybe hard to die but lina ulti pure dmg maybe can easily kill both ( as huskar fire kills lina )

No such hero, but if talking about nukes and burst damage alone I think Timbersaw is the best in early game, late game not so much, thats for the carry type heroes that rely on their right clicks, every carry heroes can be a killing machine if they are farmed
