Bro what you do is you open a lobby and everyone joins dire or radiant then you shuffle. After shuffle Radiant and Dire appoints a leader and the leader invites the ppl that you got partied with after the shuffle. Then you go to some remote region and choose captains mode and both parties search at the same time. 99% will meet the other abuse party.

PSA please also dont get rampage. Avoid this at all cost if you are abusing

First one quite easy to do. Buy a soul ring and spam when many creeps and heroes. It does more dmg when more enemy units around.....

As Nightheart said, picks especially in higher tier closely follows meta trends.But there are always fan favs like pudge getting picked often in pubs regardless of meta.

TBH there's no such thing as an OP hero. It just depends on the stage of the game you are at. There are early game / mid game and late game heroes. Each one can shine during those periods.....
