i duno can turn off vsync or not due to monitor dont support i think. my monitor is 6-8 years old XD

No such hero, but if talking about nukes and burst damage alone I think Timbersaw is the best in early game, late game not so much, thats for the carry type heroes that rely on their right clicks, every carry heroes can be a killing machine if they are farmed

careful if you visit web site that prompt many ads, those likely viruses cause the packet loss.

i have monitor my pc over 2 months and finally i nail down the packet loss issue was due to virus. and i further nail down to what probably web site that can cause this, finally i find it was auto loaded ads...

u can try this see if you get time out in this CMD command "ping -t www.facebook.com"

like malwarebytes or something?. i want to test it too.

i got some malware last month, chrome auto open ads whenever i restarted my pc. already got rid of that.
but even when i was infected with it never has problem with packet loss.

this basically happen after i change my mobo. which is last week.

im pretty sure they going to scrap dota2 source 1. so can count on that.
also dota2 doesnt really need to be on ssd.
