Strangers cant add. So created a lobby name for example LYN Abuse and set a password and notify the other members.

They will join in the lobby. Once everyone is in, pick 2 leaders then shuffle the teams so that the MMR are even (Shuffle makes each team MMR the same average). Once done shuffle, the leaders will invite those members into their party.

Then go set your server and language and find match at the same time by both leaders. Once found, both leaders have to notify their party to accept or decline.

Rinse and repeat

Dota 2 dont have surrender button. Unless you are playing Captains mode then one of your team member just have to type "GG" in all chat and it will start surrendering countdown. Once the countdown hits 0, it will end.

As for normal matchmaking games, you cant surrender. As long as someone from your team abandons (Must have abandon status) then you can quit anytime without penalty. If its only disconnect, you have no choice but to wait till 5 minutes for him/her to abandon only then you can leave.

Cannot do that la... Even though its unethical but its not against the law anyways.. Willing buyer willing seller.. Just dont buy from them thats it.. No demand = no supply = no scalpers.. But it will never happen
