 I can't wait for installation any more., want to cancel my contract

This is your answer for my ask. And yesterday was the day you promised to call or update anything. But you didn't give any call and update.
Almost 1 month have passed since I required my internet on 23th April. But you didn't give any call about installation.
How long do I have to wait more? Now, are you giving an installation of internet to other customers?
My friend applied for your fiber service through dealer. Dealer waived rm 500 deposit and promised to finish the installation by this week.
I 'm not sure that my friend's internet will finish to be installed by this weekend, but at least, my friend can save deposit rm500 even though he has to wait for.
Can you finish to install my internet by the end of this year??? I'm not sure whether you can finish it or not.
I got exhausted to wait for the installation. I want to cancel my contract that was stopped since 23th April and want to return back my deposit rm500.
I want to start over again through dealer. I think it will be faster than waiting for your process.
Tell me the way to cancel my contract that was stopped since 23th April.
