QUOTE(supersound @ May 24 2015, 07:51 AM) http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_pg_2?fst=as...&qid=1432424784Checked on their website, guess only Amazon doing international postage that are safe. By considering exchange rate and credit card fee, it will be rm1400-1600. Since it is electronic, sure will get tax. End up will be close to rm2000 for your model you mentioned. Hand carry will be the only option I guess. Buying from US means no warranty if broken. Do look up previous posts on breastpumps here. Lots of discussion before on what pumps are better and where to buy.

QUOTE(croomaniac @ May 26 2015, 11:20 AM) My wife has been using Medela Freestyle USA for years now (my 3rd child is in her 6th month old) and has not come across any of the above issues.. especially on backflow.. Yes, backflow happened, but that was when she is using Medela Swing, after changed to Freestyle, no backflow happened, and never serviced or changed tubing.. It is quite safe actually to buy from USA (and it is cheaper) and 'servicing is pricey, no warranty' issues are just exaggeration of many.. the most important thing is that it will produce more milk for the baby, thats what is important, not where you bought the pump.. TS bought already? Sorry, but I bought from USA. After done using with first child, I kept it for next child. Next child born and the pump refuses to turn on at all. All that money down the drain. Lactaequip doesn't even do servicing for USA pumps anymore. Totally refused to even look at it. I had to buy another pump completely. Bought Spectra M1. Good suction, lightweight, easy to use. The only thing I miss is the auto-switching modes.

QUOTE(croomaniac @ Jul 1 2015, 09:24 AM) Hi, sorry to hear that. I know a guy that may help if lataequip don't even take up USA pumps anymore. No point la. Bought a new pump already. But if your guy wants to buy a broken USA Medela PISA pump for parts in fixing other pumps, I can sell it to him for cheap-cheap. lol This post has been edited by hanishoney: Jul 1 2015, 09:50 AM
