Hi, my Maxis home fibre was down since last Friday (15 May 2-15). I made a report (Refer to report number above) since Friday morning and your customer service told me it might due to modem faulty.. Till now (18 May 2015. Monday 10.21PM) no one contacted me to solve the issue. I need the internet for SOHO purpose and please..expedite your process ...i am desperate.. regards, duff

Hi, i have arranged an appointment with your technician last Saturday morning (23 may 2015) but i can't make it due to some unforeseen circumstances. I called the technician to rearrange another Saturday morning and he promised to have the customer service to call me again. And i am still waiting for the call fo the second appointment..
FYI, MY BROADBAND HAS DOWN FOR MORE THAN A WEEK. KINDLY EXPEDITE THE PROCESS AND I WOULD LIKE TO AS FOR PRO-RATE CHARGES FOR MAY 2015 BILL DUE TO THE DOWN TIME I EXPERIENCED.
