problems porting?, from Digi to Maxis or vice versa

tried porting to Maxis from Digi but received a sms from Digi saying porting unsuccessful, called digi say they have been having trouble porting users to Maxis and vice versa since early this month.. anyone having the same problem?

Yes, I occurred this kind of problem. Might take a week. Reported to HQ then only fast.

my uncle had problem to port out from maxis to digi last week. only successfully port out after submit request for 2 weeks. maxis dont want to release him becoz he was under maxis for more than 10 years
|
