QUOTE(JinXXX @ Mar 18 2008, 10:12 AM) wow just finish my interview ins pore.. and rushed back to kl.. and now i'm in office working.. Is the salary sufficiently commensurate with the expected workload? If not, is the experience worth your time?its just surprising how much work they wanted you to do from left to right and bottom to top + being independent.. one thing that i learn.. when a project needs a project manager and also a system engineer for the it stuff, best way is to save money is combine both of them name it as project engineer and pay a system engineer's salary rather than a project managers salary |

QUOTE(J(o)y @ Mar 18 2008, 07:38 PM) Serious, Malaysian more hardworking than Singaporean?? I thot is the other way round. in fact, ithot is double double other way round. I think it would be more accurately phrased like this, the majority of Malaysians are generally lazier than Singaporeans, however it is probably safe to say that the majority of Malaysians in Singapore are not the lazier kind. Singaporean is known to be very competitive (kiasu). The students there started young to have high stresses, while malaysian student still at lepak culture. |
