well even u oledi pm him, with no confirmation from him, there is no need for u to show up anyway.

next time, don't 'assume'.

U need final confirmation for both side to COD.

Btw, u need get both hp num and exact location time and place before u go out for COD.

Don't know what to say. I've dealt with him last week iirc, and he seems to be ok. Maybe it's just not your luck. Maybe he's at his fault for not selling the item to you, if that's what you want. It may also be your fault for not confirming with him before you go. I don't know. It's all just maybe...
