A rule of thumb is to always know how many wraps is needed for the resistance u want. For example, if you want 1.1ohm, with 28g kanthal it should be around 7-8 wraps, for 26 kanthal around 8-9 wraps etc. More info can use http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.asp

I haven't used ohm meter for standard wraps, and the screwdriver can just use the one provided with your atomizer. Ready made coils are sold at any vape shop, with specific resistance to your liking already. Sold in packs of 5s and 10s if I am not mistaken.

Hcigar can support as low as 0.2ohm, so its up to your creativity to use what type of coil and micro macro etc

Yeah if you buy tank you should get either scewdriver or allen key  together with it. in your case KFL should have 2 mini screwdrivers in the box.

if travel thru airplane put the mod in ur hand carry/luggage.. dont put it in the luggage..for Philippines it should be same..except for singapore (no e-cig is allowed to be bring into the country  )
