sometimes user error can cause the mod damage.
and when it didnt fire, any notice on the LED?
i assume your talking about subtank? Did u drop some liquid on the occ before installing it in your tank?

just best thing is that if it set right, you can drag drag drag without worrying of dry hits.
washing it is right. make sure everything is dry. The wick cotton should be using organic cotton. wait what? u washed the occ?
