Err..if using 24 gauge should be lower resistance so how can you fire at only 7W? How many wraps & what's your ohm reading?

Err...you're only going to get about 2.5V firing at 7W. Try about 18-20W.

Update is for Windows only. 120-150W applicable if you have extension tube which looks silly. Bugs squashed, added Eco mode.

I installed the 120W version. Either one also can but useless without the silly looking extension

Lower ohm (0.5 ohm) = higher wattage

Err..I don't get it. IPV 2S is an upgrade over what? Size? You do know the mini is a newer model than 2S? If you're interested in box mod like the 2S, there are a few you can get for about 400. I recommend the Sigelei 150W, great build quality, takes dual 18650, consistent firing, cost about 380 & a significant update over your mini.

If you want to go into temperature control, why not? But if you don't then the Sigelei is a much more solid choice. That's just my opinion.
