I would like to know the standard price for the stanby allowance in malaysia's company.Anyone can provide some information on this?Thanks.

Got standard price one meh?
One question for u... Do u like your job? or do u feel resposible for your job? For me, i do.....so if im asked to standby, i wouldnt mind.... For anyway without standby, i'd have to follow up even more when start work.. |

Standby allowance - RM80 for 4 hours... Must do every 4 hours.
Dont know whether this is high or low since not many companies I know have standby allowance... |

+ 1 week 24/7 off site standby - RM150
+ onsite - RM15-30 per hour depends on normal/weekend/public + onsite travel claim: RM0.7 per KM + toll + parking + phone call expense claim: bill required + lunch/dinner claim if onsite OT more than 4 hours: max RM 15. receipt required.
