To Maxis!!!

My phone has been subscribed to Secret Diary and Hotube without my knowledge and consent. I think this is a very very unethical bussiness conduct from maxis, robbery in the daylight.

Why Maxis intentionally make it so hard to unsubscribe? I wonder how to make class action lawsuit againts this practice. It's already cost me almost RM 10. maybe it just nothing for maxis, but still it's a thievery!!! And I will not allow it till the end of time, so you who works for maxis eat dirty money.

So please make it unsubscribe for my phone 01XXXXXXX8, don't ask for 20 digit numbers coz I don't have it.
