With features like these,....
Fund Features:
*Invests 75% to 98% of net asset value (NAV) in equities of companies listed on the global markets which incorporate sustainability considerations in their business practices.
*Invests in a maximum of 20 stocks, with exposure to a single stock of up to 20% of NAV.
Invests up to 98% of NAV in foreign assets.
*Minimum initial and additional investment of RM5,000.

Because of the chicken heart, I personally would not dare hv that fund in my core portfolio. Maybe just 2-4%, in my portfolio if I got nothing better to invest in my thematic or gambling segment of my money in my portfolio.

I have the following question related to my PMO Account:

1) If I perform a Funds Top-Up via PMO Website, do I still have to pay Sales/Switch Charge & Other Charges?
2) For those of you that are investing in PM Funds, are you seeing better returns vs. FD & stock market indexes over the past 1/3/5/10/15 years?

I am not very well versed in public mutual funds ...
For your Q1: yes, when you buy, you will need to pay sales charges. Even though you buy it yourself diy using the pmo online portal.
Q2: try select your desire fund then click "go".
Then let it generate the fund performance over the years to see for your self. Some are better than FD while some are not.

Thanks for the answers. Q2, did that already. Just wonder how is other people's fund performance when they invest on a long-term basis when they review their CAGR %.
For Q1, anybody had any success getting the Sales Charge discounted / waived?

Ok noted your intention....hope you can have responses from those that had invested in UT funds with PM,...

i could have missed reading postings about that....but i did not manage to read posting by forummers mentioning that they had bought UT from PM with waived SC charges.

I switched my US-EU-centric funds to APAC-centric funds. Anyone here think the same?

all 100% of your investment portfolio into APAC-centric funds?

Bad move because you’re just putting all funds into China based funds as most APAC are denominated by China

If Emperor Xi decided to clamp down and SOE controlled you will be in big trouble 🤦‍♀️

80% into APAC region funds. US-EU doesnt look good to me. China has open up, should be good for growth this year

Some funds r heavily China, some funds diversified to other countries in this region.

The reason i shifted to stay away from more trouble in EU n capitalise on potential growth in APAC

just asking,....
then why not go more into CHINA alone?

When CHINA is only XX% of the APAC funds?
why not make full use of your money?

I suggest you instead of buying more APAC diversify into commodities, SEA, India, Japan and Latam funds rather buying into China story 🤦‍♀️ as Emperor Xi can change policies to suit his narrative

In fact way too early to place your bet on China until Xi is confirmed next month as emperor for life 🤦‍♀️

That is why you have diversify and buy different funds

In fact Japan is not that great for China play as geopolitical tensions stemming from Quad Alliance 🤦‍♀️

Only play for China is always and will be in soft commodities

Hi guys, I just noticed the fund that I invested many years ago the status shows suspended.

What does it mean? Am I losing all the money?

Check with PM most likely waiting for your action to switch to another fund

Is that an epf-mis approved unit trust fund that you had been using your epf money to invest previously?
If yes, then, you cannot buy with your epf money for now or switch into the suspended fund. However, you may continue to hold, or redeem from or switch out of the suspended fund.
