hi all, im a new user of alienware laptop, i got the alienware used couple of months back and now i got battery problems, it wont charge until 100%, it stops at 74%. done everything including uninstall the alienware osd but no avail, so decide to request a battery replacement from dell since the warranty still valid until 2017.
the problem is, already contact dell thru fb by pm and tehy said they need a copy of invoice or proof of purchase. i dont have those, the seller that sells me the laptop cant find the receipt, so how could i resolve this? is it true i need the documents?
need help here, thanks in advance.
