Today Connection, Erm... any use suffer from this

Today connection is funny. Bt from 7 am to 12pm @ 10kpbs and below. Then suddenly jump to 120kpbs for 2 hours.. then now stuck at 20kpbs. Sob.. Wth wrong with Streamyx ??
