Oh, I am stubborn?  It was all just my opinion.  You don't have to accept it.

Also, why must I accept your opinion anyway?  smile.gif

They have nowhere to sail to lah.  Like they are fine sailors anyway.  Seems they have been abandoned by the smugglers.  So, they just sail here, try to land, sail there, try to land, wherever there is.

Oh, do you know the definition of a refugee?  Here, this is from UNHCR -

The 1951 Refugee Convention spells out that a refugee is someone who "owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality, and is unable to, or owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country."

As for violence against them, have you been following the news?

A tragic day for the good people of Burma.
My heart goes out to innocent by-standers and generally peace-loving people.
I would like to point out one thing.
Don't fall for the trap. The nefarious military is trying to play the race and religion card, using foul words and inflammatory comments.
They are behind almost all the tragic conflicts in this otherwise beautiful land.
