Anybody here knows what's the working culture like at CIMB after the integration with BCB and Southern Bank ? I'm joining their Investment Banking arm straight from university without any prior experience or internship.

Don't you mean u're joining the trainee program? I heard they're not taking fresh grads for their investment banking division...?

We have another extremist in this forum. How can one country advanced with inferior mentality ? they take fresh grads as part of the mmgt trainee program but not into IBK, you have to put in sometime to gain experience, maybe in CF, etc
