Anybody here knows what's the working culture like at CIMB after the integration with BCB and Southern Bank ? I'm joining their Investment Banking arm straight from university without any prior experience or internship.

Don't you mean u're joining the trainee program? I heard they're not taking fresh grads for their investment banking division...?

Yes I'm in Investment Banking. I'm non Malay and what does it got to do with racism? We have another extremist in this forum. How can one country advanced with inferior mentality ?

they take fresh grads as part of the mmgt trainee program but not into IBK, you have to put in sometime to gain experience, maybe in CF, etc
