Top 10 richest in Malaysia is non bumi but that is official wealth that is not secret or under the table money.
If you count unofficial wealth I think you know who is richest in malaysia
For example Gadhafi was actually richer than bill gates but if you ask most people who is richest man they will say bill gates because his fortune is legitimate not from being a dictator like Gadhafi, Mubarak, Kim or even one of our own *ahem* in Malaysia.

In other words dictators treat public money( tax payer money) as their own personal bank account. That's why certain leaders only get $300 k salary a year but their wife can afford a collection of $200k handbags and multi million dollar jewelry.
