I asked staff at GNC once about that matter, he said there already is BCAA in the whey , just that not that much. Is it worthwhile to buy standalone BCAA to supplement our whey?
Damn means i wasted buying one tub of musclepharm whey if u guys said it is spiked amino mostly.
