Shell downstream has its oil refinery at Port Dickson, and GTL plant at Bintulu (Shell MDS).

Petronas downstream are consolidated under PCG (Petronas Chemicals Group), and has many petchem plant under its wing - methanol, mtbe, urea, aromatics, ldpe, petlin, etc and PCG also JV with others player too for petchem businesses like Optimal, BP Acetyl, BASF, Idemitsu etc.Petronas Gas business plant like PGB who has several plants at Kerteh, Gebeng, and Segamat. Petronas LNG plant is at Bintulu. The hottest downstream project right now is Rapid at Pengerang.

Other players for petchem businesses in Malaysia is like Nuplex, Lotte-Titan, Polyplastic, Eastman, Huntsman, Arkema, Toray, RP Chemicals, WH Grace Chemicals, BASF, Sumitomo etc

There are also oil bunkering and terminal business at Pengerang Deepwater area operated by Dialog JV with Vopak and Puma Energy. We also have FSRU or LNG regas terminal at Sg Udang Melaka, second regas is currently being built at Pengerang, and third one at Lahad Datu is being halted.

We have several onshore receiving terminal like TCOT, BCOT, BORF, MCOT and Kimanis.

What else I missing about downstream? You wanna get involved in EPC contractor who built these downstream plants? Too many to list - Fluor, Technip, WorleyParsons, Toyo, Chiyoda, Dialog, Muhibbah, Samsung C&T, Hyundai, C2HM, Jacobs, JGC, Kellogg-Brown, Eversendai, Kejuruteraan QKS etc

I havent mention yet those contractors who involved in plant turnaround and shutdown. Banyak sangat.

Supply base is at Kemaman, not Kerteh. Sorry I have limited information about Tok Bali supply base, perhaps some Kelantanese peoples in this thread can update about the progress - piling sudah cucuk ke belum? Who will be the dredging contractor?

Having another supply base at East Coast area is a good thing to support Upstream bunkering & berthing activities. At least giving employment opportunities to Kelantan peoples at large.

If I have capital I would like to run a business related to bunkering for O&G, too bad I'm just a small fry...

Its not that I kedekut to share the recruiter & hiring manager email for Kemaman petchem project, not until I secured a post with them lepas tu boleh lah kongsi kepada kalian hehe.
