QUOTE(thoyol @ Nov 27 2015, 09:35 AM) My company gave on average 3-5% increment to average staffs. The top technical staffs are getting around 10% increment. I myself managed to get 12% increment this year. Syukur.. Apparently the chairman felt that the company need to reward the employees during bad turbulent times so the employees will remember the company during the good times. Is it a good move? Financially I don't think so but as a staff, hell yeah!! Congrats Ur company done well by appreciating their assets: employees QUOTE(lel @ Nov 27 2015, 02:18 PM) Guys, are there any companies that are still accepting application for geoscience (particularly geophysics) position? It's been close to two month since I've been given MSS and I still havent got any interview offer. The future looks dark and scary. Try other industries Try HR Cant choosy adi

P/s: Managed personal expenses wisely..this is where 'emergency fund' come into play... that last bit of advice is the most important. when you have plenty try to spend less and save more. when you have less you can adjust accordingly. thats what i did after 6-8 months of no offshore and etc. This post has been edited by mhyug: Nov 28 2015, 05:55 PM
